As the owner of Engaging Potential, Roz Lindsay works
closely with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, providing
training and coaching to individuals and teams.
Whilst her experience supports a broad range of client
services, Roz specialises in developing High Performance Teams.
Through training, facilitation and coaching, she works with
departmental or cross-functional leaders to enhance team
effectiveness.
A qualified and experienced trainer, Roz has a broad
business background in sales, customer service and management
roles. With incredible enthusiasm for optimising development
outcomes, she has particular interest in the areas of adult
learning, team performance and coaching.
Roz has 17 years of experience in customer facing and
customer support roles across veterinary practice, aged care, and
pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. She has held positions
managing sales and sales support teams, including roles requiring
the establishment of new teams within large
organisations.
Having being a Sales Manager, Sales Operations Manager and
Senior Training Manager, Roz has a breadth of experience to bring
to her training and coaching.
Roz's fields of expertise are in customer service, sales
management and team development. Accreditation in Myers Briggs Type
Indicator (MBTI®) brings additional insights and offerings to these
areas.
